Workshops

We are inviting workshop proposals in any ACI-related area to provide opportunities for participants to share focused discussions and work activities around specific issues or topics. Workshops will be held on the first day of the conference.

Your workshop proposal should include the following:

• an extended abstract of no more than 4 pages plus 1 page for references, detailing the workshop’s motivation, aims and proposed activity program, expected number of participants, and short biographies of the organizers
• a 500-word call for participation

Submissions must be made as a single PDF file in the ACM SIGCHI extended abstract format:https://sigchi.org/templates/.

Proposals will be peer-reviewed and selected based on their potential impact for the discipline as well as their potential for attracting participants. Accepted workshop abstracts will be published in the ACI2017 Conference Proceedings Volume in the ACM Digital Library.

The ACI2017 submission portal is now open.

Important dates:

Submission deadline: 30th June 2017, Midnight PST

Notification of acceptance: 21st July 2017, Midnight PST

Camera-ready deadline: 30th July 2017, Midnight PST

Confirmation of participants: 17th September 2017, Midnight PST
